The breakfast was delicious , featuring tasty smoothies and a juice station that was a hit with family. Noticed great staff friendliness and a convenient parking situation.

Limited air conditioning left the room uncomfortably warm , and the gym had insufficient equipment that disappointed fitness enthusiasts.

We made the most of our stay with family, indulging in the amazing breakfast featuring fresh juices and a delightful selection of fruits. Having our pet with us was a breeze, and the spacious room allowed us to bond together perfectly.

My wife says that longer pool hours would be great for families.

this hotel was amazin! the staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. the breakfast spread was really good, loved the fresh juice makin station. the room was clean and comfy, perfect for my family. we also enjoyed the little treats they left for the kids, made our stay extra special.

Despite these setbacks, the overall experience was pleasant and provided good value for the area.

The Novotel exceeded my expectations with its immaculate cleanliness, which is crucial for my comfort as a clean freak. The spa facilities were a pleasant surprise, providing a lovely place to unwind after work. The restaurant served generous portions, and I was particularly impressed by a staff member who went above and beyond by bringing flowers to enhance my food photography. the brunette woman at the front desk during check-in was exceptionally pleasant.

The location is super handy, just a short stroll to city center. Our room was comfy, and the bar had a solid selection of local beers. Breakfast was the highlight, loved the fresh juice station! the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty at times which made it hard to connect. a solid stay.

Our family enjoyed a great stay while attending a conference, with the kids particularly loving the play area and the swimming pool. We appreciated the ample choices offered at breakfast, which catered to all tastes. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and the staff's efforts to accommodate us early on arrival and provide small gifts for the children added a special touch to our experience.
